Overview
The Greifswald Night of Culture 2025 took place on Friday, September 5. Opening at 5 PM with the Singing Balconies in Schönwalde II, followed by a program with around 50 co-hosts at locations across the Hanseatic city.
On September 5, 2025, Greifswald transformed into a continuous cultural stage. Co-hosts presented concerts, readings, theater, dance, and installations in bookstores, squares, courtyards, the old cemetery, and the harbor.
Program items typically lasted 30 to 45 minutes and were sometimes repeated, allowing the audience to switch locations and explore different city districts. A large portion of the events were free of charge.
