The 10th Greek Festival at the Schliemann Museum Ankershagen celebrated its anniversary on Sunday, July 20, 2025, with a comprehensive festival program in the museum park. Numerous visitors came from the region and from all over Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to experience the mix of culture, history, and hands-on activities.

The focus, as every year, was on the Greek live music ensemble Manolis & Co and a dance duo in traditional Greek costume. In open workshops, guests could try their hand at bookbinding, fire-making, stone carving, and Raku pottery firing. Stilt walkers and puppet theatre, along with a varied stage program, created the atmosphere in the spacious park grounds, lined with food trucks and market stalls.
