The 45th edition of the Grafenau Father's Day Market once again attracted thousands of visitors to Döffingen town center in May 2025. 85 commercial stalls and the traditional flea market offered a Volksfest atmosphere from early morning until late evening — with the Grafenau Music Association, the mayor's keg tapping, and Swabian club catering.

Last year's edition of the Grafenau Father's Day Market once again confirmed the appeal of this Volksfest (popular festival) in the Böblingen district. Thousands of visitors from Grafenau, Sindelfingen, Böblingen, Calw, and the entire Stuttgart region flocked to the center of Döffingen, mingled through the narrow streets between the stalls, listened to the brass band music of the Music Association, and celebrated Father's Day with bratwurst, steak, and Swabian beer. The day before, Mayor Martin Thüringer had already opened the festival with the traditional keg tapping at the Music Association's tent. A true Volksfest atmosphere — just as it has been in Döffingen for over four decades.
