The 2025 edition ran from August 22nd to 24th, 2025 — the City of Troisdorf hosted the Burg Wissem event as a summer gourmet festival for the third consecutive year. The response was positive: the castle ambiance and selected stands formed an attractive mix for an audience from the Rhein-Sieg district and the Cologne-Bonn region.
Subsequently, the city announced the 2026 edition for August 21st to 23rd, 2026 — maintaining the same quality concept with 15 stands.
