Edition 2025 — Gourmetsommer Burg Wissem
The Gourmetsommer auf Burg Wissem 2025 took place from August 22nd to 24th, 2025, in the historic courtyard of Troisdorf. Around 15 selected gastronomy stands, a selection of wines and spirits, and live music characterized the three-day culinary format.
Gourmetsommer 2025
The 2025 edition ran from August 22nd to 24th, 2025 — the City of Troisdorf hosted the Burg Wissem event as a summer gourmet festival for the third consecutive year. The response was positive: the castle ambiance and selected stands formed an attractive mix for an audience from the Rhein-Sieg district and the Cologne-Bonn region.
Subsequently, the city announced the 2026 edition for August 21st to 23rd, 2026 — maintaining the same quality concept with 15 stands.
