Overview
The Gourmet Festival series ran in 2025 at several established NRW locations such as Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, and other medium-sized cities. Krefeld was not yet a location for the series in 2025 — the premiere followed in summer 2026 with the first edition on Ostwall. The concept is proven over several years: white pagodas, 70 exhibitors, mix of star cuisine and street food.
2025 was a year of maturation for the series — established locations were visited, and the format was further developed. Krefeld was not yet on the event calendar in 2025 but was announced as a new location for 2026. The concept with pagoda architecture, exhibitor mix, and free admission had proven successful at other locations.
