Overview
In 2025, the Auerbach parish also celebrated the Gottvaterbergfest on Gottvaterberg on Trinity Sunday. The festive service, Weißwurst breakfast, lunch, and coffee brought together pilgrims and day-trippers from the Amberg-Sulzbach region.
The Gottvaterbergfest 2025 continued the tradition of the mountain festival on Gottvaterberg, revived since 2023. As every year on Trinity Sunday, the festive service for the Holy Trinity at the mountain church formed the spiritual core. Around the service, the parish ensured physical well-being with a Weißwurst breakfast, morning pint (Frühschoppen), lunch, and afternoon coffee – in the tradition of the mountain festivals of the Amberg-Sulzbacher Land between incense and bratwurst aroma.
