Edition 2025 — Göppinger Stadtfest
The 40th Göppinger Stadtfest took place in mid-September 2025 in the city center between Hauptstraße, Pflegstraße, and Schloßplatz. Bands, dance groups, and music clubs from the region performed on five stages. The opening with a keg tapping ceremony on Friday evening on the EVF stage kicked off the weekend. Food and drinks were served by Göppingen's clubs, restaurateurs, and retailers, with free admission.
Göppinger Stadtfest 2025 — Anniversary Review
The 40th Stadtfest marked the anniversary year and took place in its usual grand style over three days. On the five stages at Marktplatz, Spitalplatz, Schloßplatz, Helmle, and Treff Square, dance groups, bands, and show formations alternated — a packed program of regional and national music.
As every year, the Interessengemeinschaft Göppinger Stadtfest e.V., together with the City of Göppingen, clubs, retailers, and restaurateurs, organized the event. A vibrant Hohenstaufen summer tradition between the train station and the castle, with free admission and catering at the club stands.
