Edition 2025 — Health Days Göhren

The 2025 Göhren Health Days offered around two weeks of programming focused on the five Kneipp pillars. Hotels, the Mönchgut Spa and Wellness Center, and external speakers organized lectures, workshops, beach yoga, Nordic walking tours, and wellness treatments in the Baltic Sea resort.

The previous edition followed the same concept: programming focused on exercise, naturopathy, nutrition, and life management, combined with special treatments in hotels and lectures by local experts. The organizer was the Ostseebad Göhren Spa Administration in cooperation with the town's health providers.
