Distances for Every Performance Level

The organizer SV Glück Auf 1901 Gebhardshagen offers a tiered competition program in 2026:

• 5 km Shorty Run – Start 3:10 PM, ideal for beginners and children/youth
• 21 km Half Marathon – Start 3:40 PM, the premier discipline of the day
• 5.4 km / 10.8 km Run or Walk – Start 4:45 PM, broad popular sports category

Sports Field as Competition Center

The start and finish for all distances are at the SV Glück Auf sports field in Gebhardshagen. The club house offers the necessary infrastructure with changing rooms, showers, and catering. After the runs, the club restaurant invites you to a convivial get-together. The Gebhardshagen moated castle, an imposing medieval structure nearby, forms the characteristic backdrop for the event.

Club Tradition

SV Glück Auf 1901 Gebhardshagen looks back on over 120 years of club history. In addition to the GlückLauf, the club's triathlon department also organizes the BraWo Triathlon at Salzgittersee, the New Year's Eve run, and the evening run at the Seesause – making the club a central driving force for endurance sports in Salzgitter.
