Edition 2025 — Glimmer & Sea Fire
2025 was the conception year for the new autumn event Glimmer & Sea Fire. Kaiserbäder Insel Usedom developed the format, secured funding of around €80,000 through the budget and sponsorships, and established the framework for the premiere in November 2026. No actual edition took place in 2025.
Throughout 2025, Kaiserbäder Insel Usedom worked on the concept for Glimmer & Sea Fire. The goal was to develop a new event for the autumn off-season that would generate tourist appeal and further establish the Kaiserbäder brand. The combination of light installations, a sunrise concert, an autumn brunch, and an island-wide relay fireworks display was established as its hallmark. Around €80,000 was reserved in the budget plan for the 2026 premiere, supplemented by grants and sponsorships. No actual edition took place in 2025.
