Overview
In 2025, Glashütten once again celebrated its traditional Zeltkerwa on the weekend around the Sunday after Assumption Day. The "Gesellschaft Zufriedenheit" youth club upheld the Kerwa customs, maintained since 1877, with a festival tent, brass and dance music.
The 2025 Glashütten Zeltkerwa continued the unbroken tradition of the secular dance festival since 1877. As every year, the "Gesellschaft Zufriedenheit" youth club was the organizer.
The festival tent operation, brass and dance music, Franconian delicacies, and a convivial Kerwa Sunday once again characterized the event, bringing together young and old from the Bayreuth district and the Franconian Switzerland.
