Overview
The 4th edition of the Giro di Monaco took place in May 2025 on Munich's car-free Altstadtring. Thousands of runners completed laps for the aid projects of Bellevue di Monaco. As every year, without timing, without bib numbers, in a spirit of solidarity. Regional artists performed on stage, and the Munich city leadership welcomed the participants. The proceeds went to Bellevue di Monaco's refugee aid programs.
The 2025 Giro di Monaco continued the short but already established tradition dating back to 2022. The 5-kilometer loop around the Altstadtring was car-free, as it is every year. Thousands of Munich residents and guests — from athletic runners to families with strollers — participated in the charity event. The proceeds went to the social cooperative Bellevue di Monaco, thus supporting its aid projects for young refugees in Munich.
