Overview

The 2025 Gösselkirmes, as usual, ran for four days in early May in Geseke's town center: livestock and goods market, amusement rides, the traditional parade on Saturday, and Family Day on Sunday. The organizer was the City of Geseke.

Already in 2025, the Gösselkirmes attracted tens of thousands of visitors to Geseke's town center. The Saturday parade — featuring float vehicles, walking groups, and brass bands — was once again among the largest in Westphalia. In 2025, the fireworks still took place traditionally on Sunday evening; the shift to Friday was decided only for 2026.

Programme

Four days of spring fair: Livestock and goods market on Thursday, amusement rides, concerts on Friday, parade on Saturday afternoon with float vehicles and brass bands, Family Day on Sunday with shops open for trading and a children's flea market.
