Overview
In 2025, Gerzen once again invited to its traditional Volksfest in May. For four days, locals and guests from the Vilstal enjoyed festival tent atmosphere with Aldersbach beer, hearty delicacies, live music, and an amusement park for the whole family.
The Gerzen Volksfest 2025 seamlessly continued the long-standing tradition of this Lower Bavarian home festival. As every year, the mayor opened the festivities with the beer tapping, followed by four days of festival tent life, brass music, and party bands. Beer and wheat beer from the Aldersbach brewery, a rich selection of warm and cold dishes, and the amusement park, open daily from 2:00 PM, made the festival a convivial meeting point for the entire region.
