Overview
The German-Italian Wine Festival 2025 was celebrated from July 18 to 19 at the "Bei den Sommerkellern" festival grounds in Neustadt an der Aisch. The organiser was the association "Freunde von Montespertoli". Original wines from the Tuscan partner town, Italian specialities and live music by the duo Roberto & Giorgio characterised the festival weekend.
In 2025, the concept of direct wine and food imports from Montespertoli proved successful again. The original wines (Bianco Ripaltino, Chianti, Rosato Toscano) were well-received, and the "Superiori-Bude" with Riserva selections was particularly popular.
The festival weekend is an important date for the association "Freunde von Montespertoli" and finances the exchange programmes and trips organised as part of the town twinning with the festival's proceeds.
