GEISTZeit at Waldsassen Abbey — Edition 2025

The GEISTZeit series was also organized in 2025 by the Culture and Encounter Centre (KuBZ) of Waldsassen Abbey. The spiritual evening was led by the Cistercian nuns of the abbey together with choirs from the abbey's surroundings: candlelight procession through the baroque cloister, communal singing and prayer, sermon, and eucharistic blessing in the Collegiate Basilica. As an open, free spiritual offering in one of the most important Baroque spaces in the Upper Palatinate, GEISTZeit maintained its firm place in Waldsassen's spiritual calendar.
