Overview

In 2025, the Geislingen Christmas Market was again held on the third weekend of Advent around the town church. With 54 stalls, a church café, and a musical program featuring brass ensembles, choirs, and the Geislingen music school, it was once again an anchor in the Filstal Advent calendar.

Geislingen Christmas Market 2025

The 2025 edition was traditionally opened on Friday evening by Mayor Frank Dehmer and on Saturday was complemented by a torchlight hike to Helfenstein and Ödenturm – the meeting point was the south entrance of the town church. Professionals and hobby craftspeople offered wood carvings, candles, jewelry, regional specialties, and mulled wine. The combination of regional participation and the location on the Albtrauf gave the market its distinctive character.
