Overview

The 40th Gaimersheim Volksfest took place in May 2025 — a jubilee for the Upper Bavarian market municipality. As every year, the festival opened with a concert and beer tapping, followed by a festive procession into the beer tent of the Schneider festival family, concluding with four days of beer tent entertainment, a family day, and a festival service.

Volksfest 2025 — 40th Anniversary

The 40th edition of the Gaimersheim Volksfest in 2025 coincided with a round club anniversary and was celebrated accordingly. The shooting club, market municipality, and festival host Schneider jointly organized four days of beer tent entertainment.

In the evenings, several show bands performed, while during the day, the amusement park with classic rides — swing boats, shooting galleries, candy stalls — attracted families in particular. Sunday traditionally focused on the festival service with the youth brass band and men's choir. The Volksfest once again confirmed its status as one of the most important spring festivals in the Ingolstadt region.
