Overview

The 2025 Gaildorf Castle Christmas Market, as is traditional, took place on the first Advent weekend in the courtyard of the Old Castle. Stalls with arts and crafts and food, a show stage with club performances, craftspeople in the Wurmbrandhalle, and a creative market in the community center characterized the program. Families came for the living nativity scene and the visit from St. Nicholas.

Gaildorf Castle Christmas Market 2025

In November 2025, the town of Gaildorf once again opened the courtyard of the Old Castle for the annual Castle Christmas Market. The historic Renaissance half-timbered scenery, festively illuminated, provided the perfect setting for the Advent stalls, the show stage with club performances, the craftspeople in the Wurmbrandhalle, and the creative market in the community center.

Thousands of visitors from the Limpurger Land, the Hohenlohe region, and the Schwäbisch Hall area came for the atmospheric Advent weekend — also for the living nativity scene with real animals and the traditional visit from St. Nicholas for the children. A successful start to the Advent season in the Schwäbisch Hall region.
