Gaibach Castle Wine Festival — Edition 2025

The Castle Wine Festival 2025 took place from August 8th to 10th in the courtyard of Gaibach Castle. This year's event was under the patronage of Wine Princess Maria Barthelme, a student of education at the University of Würzburg who grew up in Gaibach. She is active as a clarinetist in several local orchestras and involved in the church community.

As in previous years, four food trucks and six beverage stands served around 1,000 guests per evening with Franconian wines from the Gaibach and Volkach vineyards, as well as Franconian specialties. Four bands performed on the courtyard stage over the three festival evenings. Admission was free, and the organizers were, as always, the Weinfest Gaibach GbR, comprising SC Gaibach and FFW Gaibach.
