Overview

The Fürst Carl Fête de la Musique 2025 took place on Midsummer Day in the beer garden of Schlossbrauerei FÜRST CARL Ellingen. Several live acts throughout the day, Franconian hospitality, and chilled FÜRST CARL beers characterized the program. Regulars from Ellingen, Weißenburg, and the wider Middle Franconian region used the day for a relaxed summer Sunday in the beer garden.

In 2025, Schlossbrauerei FÜRST CARL again continued its concept of a beer garden version of the worldwide Fête de la Musique. The mix of live music, castle backdrop, and Middle Franconian beer culture proved to be a successful start to the brewery's summer season, followed later by the 2025 Beer Festival (early July in the castle courtyard) and other events.

With the date of June 21 – Midsummer Day and international music day – the event positions itself annually as the symbolic start of the open-air season in the Middle Franconian castle region.
