Overview

The Fuchsmühl Community Festival alternates with other major events, usually every two years. 2025 was a festival-free year; the association committee used the time to decide on the purchase of a new festival tent and prepare for the 2026 Community Festival.

The Community Festival in Fuchsmühl is designed as a biennial event – therefore, no Community Festival took place in 2025, but it served as a preparation year. During this year, the association committee, supported by the festival fund of around €13,749, decided to purchase a new festival tent. This makes it possible to hold the Community Festival from 2026 onwards in association-owned infrastructure.

In parallel, the 25 associations maintained their regular activities and participated in festivals in neighboring communities in the Upper Palatinate – Pleystein, Wiesau, Mitterteich. Pirker Blechmusi, which will musically accompany the 2026 Community Festival, is a frequently booked act at community and association festivals throughout the region.
