Freising Old Town Festival and Rock Night

The Freisinger Altstadtfest 2025 continued the long-standing tradition of the city festival. Over a July weekend, the old town around Marienplatz transformed into the city's largest beer garden.

As every year, the open-air rock night on Marienplatz opened the festival weekend, followed by the Altstadtfest with music stages, gastronomy, and a children's program. Free admission made the 2025 edition a meeting point for all of Freising and laid the foundation for the 2026 festival.
