Freilichtbühne Hallenberg — „Das Wunder von Bern" and „Cinderella"

2025 Season — Sauerland Summer Theater

The 2025 summer season followed the established format: a major production for adults and a family play, performed concurrently from June to September at the Freilichtbühne Hallenberg. The experienced amateur ensemble — actors, singers, musicians, and technicians from Hallenberg and the surrounding area — once again delivered a professional and atmospheric season in 2025.

Following the 2025 season, the board presented the programmatic expansion for 2026 — with the bold choice of the „Das Wunder von Bern" musical as the adult production. The choice is symbolic: a piece of West German history, an exploration of father-son relationships and generational change, a musically rich work with music by Martin Lingnau and Frank Ramond.
