Review of the 2nd Fränkische Heimattage 2025

The 2nd edition of the homeland market on May 24 and 25, 2025, confirmed the success of the concept: around 80 regional exhibitors, the well-known tomato market, plants from local nurseries, and Franconian crafts in the historic ambiance of Gutshof Mengersdorf. The beer garden served regional dishes with vegetarian and fish alternatives, along with coffee from a local roastery.

The shuttle bus to Therme Obernsees proved to be a logistical solution for the lack of parking spaces directly at the courtyard. The visitor response clearly showed that the idea of a consistently regional market in Upper Franconia is met with great interest.
