In 2025, the Moosinning and Eichenried Volunteer Fire Brigades focused on preparing for the grand joint founding festival for the 250th anniversary in 2026. As every year, the brigades were present in village life with operational duty, training, and club activities.
In 2025, the Moosinning and Eichenried Fire Brigades concentrated on their regular duties and the organization of the major double anniversary in 2026. A celebration of this magnitude — 150 plus 100 years — requires extensive preparation, including an organizing committee, logistics, and program planning.
As in many Bavarian communities, the two brigades are an integral part of club and village life even without a major festival and participate in local events.
