Overview
The 15th edition marked a small anniversary for the OIG Altforweiler. Saturday was dedicated to the official opening, the keg tapping, and a live performance by the regional cover band "Crazy," which played rock, pop, and Schlager classics starting at 7:30 PM.
Sunday began with the traditional brunch starting at 11 AM, where music clubs from the surrounding area played fanfares and marches. Simultaneously, the 2nd Forweiler Village Market opened with regional vendors from the Saarland and the adjacent Lorraine region.
Note: The 2025 event did not take place, as the village festival is organized biennially. Instead, the OIG organized the Federweißerfest on October 4, 2025.

Saturday, June 15, 2024
- 4:00 PM — Opening of the festival grounds
- 6:00 PM — Draft beer (keg tapping and free service)
- 7:30 PM — Live concert "Crazy" (cover band)
- Until late — Dancing and open end
Sunday, June 16, 2024
- 11:00 AM — Brunch with fanfares from local music clubs
- Throughout the day — 2nd Forweiler Village Market with regional stalls
- Lunch and Afternoon — Catering with Saarland classics
- Evening — Wind-down
