Forecast Festival

The 2025 anniversary edition marked a decade of Forecast and consolidated the festival model as a fixture in the international mentoring landscape. The radialsystem on the Spree was once again the main venue; the six thematic clusters and the mix of finished and unfinished work shaped the program structure. Subsequent Public Premieres followed in the weeks after the main festival at Berlin and international venues.

In ten years, Forecast has established itself as one of the most influential Berlin festival formats for international art and cultural production. The mentor-nominee structure brings together established and emerging voices in a shared workshop process, making the festival a genuine production space rather than just a presentation platform.
