Heldburg 2025 — Street Food at the Market Square
In May 2025, Heldburg opened its Food Truck Festival with a town festival at the market square. International food trucks with burgers, tacos, Asian specialties, and vegan options lined up next to regional vendors with Thuringian bratwurst and Franconian dumplings. The live music stage and the family program rounded off the weekend — the street food concept has established itself in the small town center of Heldburg under the Veste.
