29th Finowfurter Flößerfest — Edition 2025

The 28th Finowfurter Flößerfest 2025 was celebrated in early July 2025 in Finowfurt (Schorfheide municipality). For three days, Erzbergerplatz transformed into a festival mile with a main stage, vendors, a funfair, and a family program. The festival was opened on Friday evening by the municipal leadership, and over the weekend — as every year — thousands of visitors from Barnim and Berlin flocked to the small town on the Finow Canal.

As in previous years, live music with Schlager, Pop, and Country acts, a colorful vendor mile, and the funfair were the highlights. On Sundays, the traditional duck race on the Finow Canal attracted families to the canal, and the evening concluded with a laser show and fireworks. Free admission — the usual recipe for success of the festival.
