Overview

The Fischfest Poppenlauer 2025 took place on the village festival grounds. As every year, ASV Forelle 1971 e.V. served freshly grilled trout and smoked char from its own club waters, along with festival tent catering, Franconian home-style cuisine, and live music – the traditional club festival of the village angling club.

As in previous years, the Fischfest Poppenlauer 2025 opened its festival grounds with the characteristic skewer grill concept of ASV Forelle 1971 e.V. Fresh trout and char from their own club waters were grilled over charcoal and served with bread.

In parallel, the festival tent provided visitors with Franconian specialties (sausages, Schäuferla, pretzels) and freshly tapped Franconian beer; homemade cake was available in the afternoon. Live music and a cozy atmosphere characterized the festival Sunday. The organizer remained ASV Forelle 1971 e.V. Admission was free.
