Overview
The 25th edition of Filmfest FrauenWelten took place in November 2025 at the cinema in the KulturBrauerei. 25 years of festival history were celebrated with a dense program of international feature films and documentaries on women's rights, complemented by film discussions, panel debates, and special events.
As in previous years, films from all over the world characterized the program — from Afghanistan, Iran, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, the post-Soviet space, and Europe. Following most screenings, filmmakers, activists, and experts were available for discussions. Organizer: TERRE DES FEMMES.
