In 2025, the Norderbrarup Volunteer Fire Brigade once again invited guests to the traditional Fire Brigade Festival at the Gasthof Norderbrarup on the third Saturday of February. Low German theatre by the Mohrkircher Theaterspeelers, a raffle, and a dance evening until the early hours — as every year.
The 2025 edition followed the proven format of the Fire Brigade Festival: opening at 7:00 PM, followed by the Low German play by the Mohrkircher Theaterspeelers, a raffle to benefit the brigade, and a long dance evening with live music. The Gasthof Norderbrarup in Amt Süderbrarup was once again filled to capacity — the festival is one of the highlights of the winter season in the region.
