The 2025 Feuerwehrfest brought the Ellingstedt Volunteer Fire Brigade together with families and friends in the Sporthalle Op de Wohm. A sociable Advent evening that highlighted the brigade's importance for village life — a classic of the winter event calendar in Amt Arensharde.

In December 2025, the annual Feuerwehrfest took place again in the Sporthalle Op de Wohm. With a buffet, music, and honours, members and guests came together for a sociable evening that rounded off the club year and underscored the village community's connection to its brigade.
