Overview
In 2025, Neustrelitz again celebrated the Fête de la Musique on June 21st. Several squares and courtyards in the city center became open stages where amateurs and professionals performed for free. The non-commercial nature and free admission made the festival a meeting point for the city community on the longest day of the year.
The Fête de la Musique 2025 once again integrated Neustrelitz into the global music festival on June 21st. As in previous years, performances were spread across several venues in the city center — from the Kulturquartier to Schlossstraße and the Schlossberg.
The program was curated by registered bands, choirs, and solo artists, with free admission. The festival traditionally opened with a parade by the fanfare band. The Fête de la Musique reaffirmed its firm place in the Neustrelitz event calendar.
