Edition 2025 — Fête de la Musique Jena
The 2025 edition of Fête de la Musique Jena took place on Saturday, June 21, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Over 50 music acts at more than 30 venues in the city center provided a sonorous summer solstice day. Performances took place simultaneously on the Marktplatz, at the Stadtwerke customer center, in Johannisstraße, and at Johannistor. After midnight, Rosenkeller opened its doors for the aftershow party with drum'n'bass, hard techno, and trance from collectives BassUp and AML.
2025 Review
The 2025 Fête de la Musique was once again hosted in Jena by the Initiative Innenstadt Jena e.V. From 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the city center stages were buzzing: Marktplatz, Holzmarkt, Johannisstraße, Stadtwerke customer center, and Johannistor became central venues. Local bands, singer-songwriters, DJs, and collectives filled the courtyards and cafés, from acoustic morning sessions to the electronic open-air stage. The aftershow party at Rosenkeller extended the longest day of the year into the early morning hours — JenaTV reported on it in a series.
