In 2025, Friedberg once again participated in the worldwide Fête de la Musique. On June 21st, musicians transformed the car-free city center into a grand stage – with performances in courtyards, cafés, gardens, and squares, offering free admission.
Established Music Festival
Friedberg has been participating in the Fête de la Musique since 2015. In 2025, on June 21st, numerous musicians and bands performed throughout the city center, without a fee and with a hat for donations.
As every year, the old town was closed to traffic for the festival, allowing the music to spread undisturbed through alleys, courtyards, and squares. Admission was free.
