Edition 2025 — Egmating Festival Week
Already in 2025, the Egmating Festival Week invited to the traditional May festival on the festival grounds in the Ebersberg district. Several days of festival tent with dance bands, beer tapping, and festival evenings laid the groundwork for the double anniversary in 2026, which will become the biggest event in the village's recent history with the 65th birthday of the Burschenverein and the 150th anniversary of the Egmating Volunteer Fire Brigade.
The 2025 Festival Week in Egmating, as usual, combined Burschen, beer, and festival tent evenings with musical performances by bands from Glonn and Upper Bavaria.
With the 2025 Festival Week, the village transitioned into the double anniversary year of 2026. The organizers – the Burschenverein and the Volunteer Fire Brigade – were gearing up for their biggest joint festival week in recent association history.
