Festung Dömitz – KindertagsSause

The 2025 edition of KindertagsSause at Festung Dömitz followed the proven concept: a free family day with bouncy castles, pony rides, creative stations, and a stage with dance and music program. The City of Dömitz, the Dömitz-Malliß Office, and the LuK e. V. initiative organized the festival together, using the spacious grounds of the Renaissance fortress as a playground for children of all ages.

For years, KindertagsSause has been a fixture in the family calendar of the region around Dömitz in southwestern Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is part of numerous other events held at the fortress during the summer – including the North German Day, tribute concert evenings, and opera performances.
