The 56th festival season in 2025 again offered a wide mix of opera, chamber music, tribute concerts, and folk music in the arcade courtyard of Schloss Amerang. The opera festival presented classic works from the Italian and German repertoire, complemented by Sunday castle concerts between June and early September.

For the 56th festival season in 2025, Schloss Amerang once again invited visitors to the Renaissance arcade courtyard between June and September. Seven castle concerts offered chamber music, baroque matinees, and solo performances by renowned ensembles and soloists on Sundays.

The opera festival featured central works from the classical-romantic repertoire, complemented by tribute concerts to classics of pop and rock history, and folk music evenings with repertoire from the Chiemgau region. As every year, the intimate atmosphere of the inner courtyard was at the heart of the festival experience.
