Overview

In the summer of 2025, the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern once again visited the Hanseatic city of Anklam – traditionally held in St. Mary's Church, one of the most significant brick Gothic buildings in Vorpommern. The classical concert was part of the approximately 80 concerts of the MV festival summer.

The Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern 2025 once again comprised around 80 concerts between May and September at extraordinary venues throughout Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The Hanseatic city of Anklam was also traditionally on the program.

The concert took place in St. Mary's Church, one of the most significant brick Gothic churches in Vorpommern, whose acoustic qualities and historic ambiance have characterized the festival concerts in Anklam for years. As every year, the organizer was the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Tickets were available through the Festspiele MV ticket service.
