In 2025, »Festlicher Sommer in der Wies« again presented concerts of classical and sacred music over several months in the UNESCO World Heritage Wieskirche and other locations in the Pfaffenwinkel region – supported by the association and renowned choirs and orchestras.
The 2025 season of the Festlicher Sommer in der Wies continued the concert tradition of over 60 years. From early summer to Advent, renowned choirs, orchestras, and soloists presented a program of early music, grand choral works, and organ music in the Wieskirche and other churches in the Pfaffenwinkel. The success of the 2025 season formed the basis for the 2026 program.
