In September 2025, the vielsaitig Chamber Music Festival once again took place in the Kaisersaal of St. Mang Monastery in Füssen. With concerts, lectures, and the "Geigenbau Meeting Point", it continued to honor the city's heritage as the cradle of European lute and violin making.
In 2025, the vielsaitig Festival once again transformed the baroque Kaisersaal of St. Mang Monastery into a unique concert hall. Under the artistic direction of Julian Steckel, the festival combined classical and new music with Füssen's unique instrument-making tradition. Concerts, lectures, and the "Geigenbau Meeting Point" attracted a discerning audience from the Allgäu and Lake Constance regions, paving the way for the 24th edition in 2026.
