In 2025, Lauf an der Pegnitz already celebrated the Fest der Nationen on the Obere Markt – with folklore, dance, sports, music, and international cuisine as a visible sign of the town's cultural diversity.
The 2025 edition of the Fest der Nationen continued the tradition established in 1993. On the Obere Markt, numerous national groups and associations presented a colorful program of folklore, dance, sports, and music.
International food stalls and a diverse stage program once again made the festival a highlight in the event calendar of the Nürnberger Land region and a day of encounter for the entire community.
