Overview

The 19th edition of the Fennpfuhlfest took place on June 23, 2023, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the green space of Fennpfuhlpark behind the Volkshochschule (Paul-Junius-Straße 71, 10369 Berlin). Over 30 local organisations and institutions presented their work, with the «Wir von hier» stage programme featuring artists from the neighbourhood, plus an open consultation hour with the District Mayor and members of the local council.

The 19th edition in 2023 returned to Fennpfuhlpark – after the 50th anniversary edition of the district in 2022, held on Anton-Saefkow-Platz. Over 30 associations, initiatives and institutions introduced themselves at information stands on June 23, 2023, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Lichtenberg housing co-operative (WGLi), the Lichtenberg District Office, the Fennpfuhl Citizens' Association and the Forum Fennpfuhl carried the alliance.

On stage, the «Wir von hier» motto featured artists from the district – school choirs, dance groups, local bands. The District Mayor and members of the local council held an open public consultation hour in parallel.
