2025 Review

The Lennep Feierabendmarkt dates in 2025 followed the established concept of the Remscheid Stadtmarketing series. Lennep, as in 2026, served as both the opening and the finale — the Alter Markt in the historic district provided the ideal backdrop for the Thursday evening market event. Regional products from Bergisches Land, on-site dining, live music on stage, and a children's program formed the standard offering.

As in previous years, the Lennep dates were the most well-attended of the series — their atmosphere particularly benefited from the historic district context. Admission remained free, and the series as a whole confirmed its character as an unpretentious initiative by the City of Remscheid to revitalize the city center.
