Edition 2025 — Faszination Blasmusik
Prior to the 20th anniversary edition in Hattenhofen, the 19th installment of the 'Faszination Blasmusik' series was held in 2025. Over more than two decades, organizer Martin Huttenlocher has established the format as a fixture in the Bohemian-Moravian brass music scene of Southern Germany.
Faszination Blasmusik — The Series Before the 20th Anniversary
The series has produced highlights over two decades — from its beginnings in Hattenhofen in 2000 to concerts at various venues in Southern Germany. A total of 19 concerts were on organizer Martin Huttenlocher's ledger before the 20th anniversary edition in 2026.
The series has spawned several offshoots: 'Glanzlichter der Blasmusik', 'Die Großen der Blasmusik', and 'Polka-Könige' — each with its own programmatic focus, but all rooted in the Bohemian-Moravian tradition.
