Overview

As in previous years, the Fashion & Food Festival Freiburg 2025 transformed the city centre into a fashion and street food stage. Fashion shows at prominent locations in the old town, pop-up events by local retailers, street food stalls in the alleys — the city initiative Gemeinsam Freiburg e.V. continued the established concept. Free admission.

Fashion & Food Festival Freiburg 2025

In 2025, the Fashion & Food Festival Freiburg once again combined fashion, street food, and local retail into a city-wide pop-up festival over a September weekend. Fashion boutiques from Freiburg and the region presented collections, while street food stalls offered visitors culinary highlights from international and regional cuisine.

Spectacular fashion shows at prominent locations in the old town — from squares to the Schwabentor and inner courtyards — turned the historic city centre into a setting for fashion and culinary experiences. The city initiative Gemeinsam Freiburg e.V., in cooperation with local retailers and the City of Freiburg, organized the festival.
