Overview
As in previous years, the carnival merriment lasted for several hours in the Historic Market Square. Over 3000 visitors came from all over the Saar-Palatinate district and the Palatinate. The concept of a family-friendly, peaceful carnival was maintained.
Programme
From 11:11 AM, the opening with Fastnacht songs, the entry of the HNZ with the Kirrberg parish band, continuous live music by Konsorten, and a special guest appearance in the afternoon again formed the day's program. On Tuesday, the children's carnival followed in the Saalbau.
