In 2025, the Schwartzschen Villa family Christmas market also opened its garden for an Advent weekend. As every year, the programme included arts and crafts, homemade bratwurst and kale, mulled wine, performances by local choirs, craft activities for children, and photos with Santa Claus. Free admission, opening hours 12 PM–8 PM daily.

On an Advent weekend in 2025, the garden of the Schwartzschen Villa once again hosted its family Christmas market. For three days, from 12 PM to 8 PM daily, stalls featuring Berlin arts and crafts, culinary classics like bratwurst, kale, and waffles, and a small stage programme with choirs set the scene.

Inside the Villa, children could enjoy craft activities, and in the garden, Santa Claus awaited visitors for photos. This format has long emphasized the family-friendly, small-scale approach of the Schwartzsche Villa as a cultural centre in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district.
